In 2021, we built Selsil a ninja. Ninja Super Glue won three Crystal Apple awards and a Mediacat Felis, traveled well past Türkiye, and kept the brand's character in press and interviews long after most commercials are forgotten. It set a high bar for branded animation out of Istanbul: original character design, feature-quality craft, and detail that holds up frame by frame. Five years later, Selsil came back to us. This time, for Father's Day.
A father will cross anything to reach his child. In the film, that love becomes a dream: a ninja tearing through an army of toy enemies, unstoppable, afraid of only one thing, being too late. Then he reaches her, and the fight gives way to something gentler. She wakes, she calms, and she says "papa" for the first time. She sees the mask and laughs, "ninja." Two small words, and every sleepless night was worth it. Selsil is what holds a home like this together.
We designed the characters, wrote the script, and built the beat board first, the way we always have. Then we directed generative AI shot by shot, using our own 3D models and reference animation, with our artists in control of performance, staging, timing, and every creative call. These tools let us push the craft further and faster, and clear the limits that once stood between an idea and the screen. After eighteen years, the studio is stronger and more creative than ever: artist-driven first, deciding every frame, with generative AI as one more tool under our direction.
